Thank-you notes are a nice gesture. Since most of the candidates don't follow up this way, you will automatically stand out if you do, and this can set you apart from the crowd in a positive way. This letter is valuable for jobseekers beyond demonstrating their interest in a position. The best way to do this is to send an e-mail shortly after the interview followed by a handwritten note. Whatever is your way, the key is to send one.
Kindly address your questions directly to the agencies through phone, email, or in person. Please bear in mind that the agencies will not contact you unless you submitted your resume to them. Just submit as many resume as possible for high chance of getting the job.
